PRICES AND PAYMENT POLICY

The price of the products shown on the website and delivery charges is shown in US Dollars (USD).

All product prices are vat included.

We accept the following forms of payment:

-           Cash on Delivery (“COD”)

 

DELIVERY

Hamid Shop delivers in Lebanon and we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 2 to 6 (two to 6) working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from the day you receive your order confirmation email.

For all orders

-  20,000 LBP

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

 

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

 

Cancellation

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our customer service on (phone number) and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed.

 

Exchange

 

If you receive a wrong product, or a defective one, please make sure to contact our customer service on (phone number) the soonest and we will be handling your case shortly.

Please note that we don’t have a refund policy.
